Designed by STED Architects, the Pipeline Infrastructure Limited (Brookfield Group) office in Navi Mumbai is a "Corporate-Industrial" workspace engineered to boost efficiency and reduce stress. The design centers on an open, light-filled layout that balances formal workstations with informal huddle zones, highlighted by a strategic box-shaped floating collaborative area. By blending custom perforated ceilings, exposed acoustic elements, and warm wooden textures with a palette of greys, greens, and blues, the project creates a human-centered, "homelike" environment that promotes community engagement and seamless workflow connectivity.
