Planned in Baroda, this 20+ storey corporate headquarters brings the group’s multiple companies together under one roof, with a residential penthouse crowning the tower. Anchored in the “Inside Out” philosophy, the architecture is shaped by its interior volumes — double-height collaborative spaces, mezzanine levels, and activity-based planning that define the building’s sectional identity and external expression. The façade evolves from internal function rather than applied form. The campus integrates an entrance walkway, water bodies, lawns, an amphitheatre, an outdoor clubhouse with café, and an attached family residence — establishing the tower as a unified, future-ready corporate landmark.
